The renewal potal is now open for pharmacists, pharmacies, and other facilities that expire on June 30, 2025. Renewal instructions: Go to http://pharmacy.ks.gov and click “Online Renewal." PHARMACISTS who DID NOT renew in 2023: Under Existing Licensee Registration, click “Sign-Up.” Select Classification "Pharmacist." Enter the license number you are renewing, the last four digits of your Social Security number and your date of birth. Create a username and password. PHARMACISTS who DID renew in 2023: Enter your Username and Password created during the 2020 renewal. If you need to reset your password, enter your license number under "Forgot Password." An email will be sent to the email on file. FACILITIES who DID NOT renew online in 2024: Under Existing Licensee Registration, click “Sign-Up.” Select Classification "Pharmacy/Facility." Enter the permit number you are renewing and the zip code of the physical address you are renewing. Create a username and password. FACILITIES who DID renew online in 2024: Enter your Username and Password created during the 2021 renewal. If you need to reset your password, enter your license number under "Forgot Password." An email will be sent to the email on file. Login to your new account and select “Renew License.” Review and update information and submit the renewal. Use our secure online payment portal to pay by credit/debit card or electronic check. FACILITIES may immediately print their 2025 - 2026 permit by logging back into their account. Nonresident Pharmacies (22-), and Outsourcing Facilities (20-) should allow 15 business days for Board review and approval. Once approved, the facility may log back into the portal and print/download a copy of the renewed permit. NEW! Pharmacists who renewed online and answered “No” to all disciplinary questions, you can immediately log back into the portal and print your 2025 pharmacist license renewal certificate. Save the certificate to your computer as a PDF, and open locally to print. The Board will not print/mail these items. If additional copies are needed, log back in and print/download a copy. If you answered “Yes” to a disciplinary question, you can verify your renewal has been received by visiting the License Verification page and checking for the updated expiration date. Pharmacists may not engage in the practice of pharmacy while in CANCELLED or INACTIVE status. Facility permits not renewed prior to expiration shall lapse and become null and void on the date of its expiration, and no new permit shall be granted except upon payment of the required renewal fee plus a penalty equal to the renewal fee.
